An interesting curiosity of time past, the Technos Borazon Marquis-G is a hard to come by timepiece from the brand Technos. Originally a Swiss brand, before being bought over by a Japanese company and has since changed hands to a Brazillian company, this is a piece from the brand's heydays.
The tonneau-shaped case is made of borozon, which is a form of boron nitride, known as one of the hardest materials ever made, making it scratch-resistant. Even after so many years of wear and use, the bezel is still in great condition. The dial is made of stone, with its unique pattern and brown swirls over the face of the watch, making it a pleasure to look at. With simple stick markers and dauphine hands, this ties the look of the watch together, giving it a graceful finish.
A date window sits at the 3 o'clock position. The white window contrasts the brown dial nicely, making it easy to read.
Running on an automatic caliber 2824, this allows for quick-set date, making it easy to navigate the functionality of the watch.
