General Shipping Policies

• Please allow up to 5 business days processing time and 2-3 business days for local shipping in Singapore.
• Packages that are unable to be delivered and returned to sender by the carrier may incur additional charges for reshipment. Tracking information for your order is emailed after your purchase.
• Daily shipping cutoff times are at 2:00PM. If you place an order after 2:00PM, it may ship the following business day.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally to every country except to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island), Western Sahara
• International customers are solely responsible for any fees related to customs or duty. These costs are NOT included at checkout. Before ordering, we highly recommend you check your country's importation costs and processing time. Secondstudios is not responsible for any costs associated with international imports. Secondstudios would not be able to declare a lower value as it is required by law to declare the true value during exportation.
• International returns due to imports/duties/customs refusal will receive their full refund minus the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be distributed after the return has been fully processed, which takes up to 10 business days to complete.
